On Saturday evening, the cutest thing happened.
My girls and I were up there somewhere in the hills. (Imagine that scene from The Sound of Music, where Maria and the kids are singing Do-Re-Mi... Playing on a field, magnificent views of mountains in the background, church bells from a nearby village sounding at the top of the hour...)
As the sun began to set, my 5-year old asked if we could meditate.
Then, she wanted to be the teacher, as she calls it, and started, "Take a deep breath in. And out. I love life. I love myself. I love this grass..."
And of course, the little one jumped right in... "I am beautiful, I am smart..."
And for about 5 minutes, they were coming up with some amazing, and some hilarious, affirmations, all while sitting with their eyes closed, legs crossed...
It was such a perfect moment, and a profound reminder...
You are probably already aware of the fact that the world around you is just a reflection of you.
Would you agree that everything you do, say, feel, is noticed? Even when you don’t realize it?
So, keep on going, keep sharing your message, keep living your purpose.
