Read this if you are open to creating more harmony, happiness, and fulfillment for everybody involved

[long post] Read this if you honestly care about the highest level of service you provide to your clients, and are open to creating more harmony, happiness, and fulfillment for everybody involved.

I noticed a curious trend with a particular type of my "best achieving" clients:

:: Came to me for solid (strategic) expertise - check.
:: And with particular financial goals - check.
:: Achieved said desired results - check.
:: Received a mindset bootcamp to support those results - check.
:: Results achieved in record time - check.
:: Results related to monetary gains - check.
:: Experienced radical improvements in personal life, relationships, health - check.
:: Left glorious testimonials - check.
:: Chose to continue the work/renew/upgrade - FAIL.

Wait, what?

Who would choose NOT to continue producing such results and experiencing such profound transformations, including immediate ROI of 50%, 200%, 350% and more (PLUS the lifetime value)?

So, I dug deeper to uncover the energy, time, money leaks, incongruities, and taking responsibility for any missing pieces in the the work I provided.

And there is was - a big gaping hole!

See, over the past several years, I have been immersed in tremendous personal growth and development, and with that, my business transitioned from done-for-you agency to the high-level coaching and premium mentoring it is today.

Through the many internal hurricanes, and shifts in how I support them (typical for such transformations), there was one thing I knew I could always count on in marketing to call in and serve my clients:

A very particular marketing of the monetary results I helped them create (regardless of the role I played i.e. OBM, consultant, coach, mentor,...) ==> attracted a particular type of clients (who loved the idea of fast and easy cash).

(My ego LOOOOOVED that; my business' cashflow, ironically, not so much.)

This is what I learned, and the shifts I made that create more harmony, transformation, flow...and I want to share it with you...

...my dear powerhouse, if you are one of us who prides yourself on the result you bust your ass off to help create for your clients.

Have you found yourself willingly stepping out of your Zone of SoulGenius, voluntarily giving away your precious energy, and consistently shrinking your boundaries
in order to...be liked...and to comfort, convince, motivate, reassure, coddle, hold accountable all the wrong clients...

...simply because you've been trained that that's your job (particularly if you charge premium fees)?

How do I know? I was you.

I dare to assume that the DEPTH of the work YOU do has been rapidly progressing, and a lot more focus has been going into helping your clients master their inner game, energy, vibration...

[OF COURSE, that ultimately catapults them into the stratosphere of ease, flow, success with money as a byproduct - a key that unlocks possibilities - and not the final destination...(essentially same outcome, just a different approach that shifts the responsibility for doing the actual work)]...

However, a lot of your marketing is still geared towards what's been working: attracting the clients whose primarily focus is on their bottom line and/or via the external strategies and tactics (aka you caring for their results more than they do)... Yes?

  1. It's what you had been doing for so long, you have a track record, and can do it with your eyes closed?
  2. Every Jane, Dick and Harry out there teach how to [make money] even tho they have not even a quarter of your experience nor results...so why not claim your brilliance?


EXCEPT this is a VERY slippery slope.

Remember the part about your commitment to the highest level of service? This is it:

Clients you're attracting into such cycle, their "I am my results" paradigm is still the default operating system and walls are tall and thick around their core wounds...

...which creates the perfect storm:

♥︎ the greater results they achieve, the more accomplished they feel
♥︎ the more accomplished they feel, the prouder others are of them
♥︎ the prouder the others are, the more there is to prove
♥︎ the more there is to prove, the harder they have to work
♥︎ the harder they work, the greater the results...

And with that, their desires, rewards, love, respect, results are actually earned (because, you know, thou shall work hard and be humble)

The problem is that in these circumstances, those amazing, generous and driven experts are rarely ready, open, willing, able, and even available for YOU and the work you KNOW needs to be done to get them to where they say they REALLY want to be...

(Yes, they will work hard until it actually gets hard - until it's time to surrender all that no longer belongs...)

And with that, the above-outlined paradigm affects you as well - only that it's reversed:
lack of your clients' commitment leads to lack of results - that ignites your self-doubt which ultimately pushes you into the survival mode in the dark paces of your highly-intelligent minds.

Truth: you simply cannot serve at the highest level from down there.

 

BONUS: Here's how you CAN help them free themselves from those mental shackles and destructive patterns... as the keys to their true happiness, harmony, peace of mind was offered to them on a silver platter:

 

YOU GIVE THAT TO YOURSELF FIRST.

Because the real work only just begins when the clients pay for your service (although some marketing and attention-getting trends out there would have you believe the opposite is true).

And the service doesn't end when the client achieves their desired result.
